Villa with terrace, garden and private parking, located within a hectare park. Located in the beautiful area of ​​the tip of Sicily, a few steps from the seaside. The newly restored villa has retained its style and antique elements such as flooring and fixtures by bringing them to technological elements for maximum comfort. Interior and exterior lighting are among the finest design brands, as are modern furnishings that are tied to restored antique furniture.
The apartment is part of a group of 3 lodgings from the rooms of an old restored villa. Each accommodation has access and an independent bathroom and a portion of the exclusive garden. This apartment in particular has a terrace equipped with gazebo and table that can seat up to 12 people. In detail, the living room is furnished with a feature wood or pellet thermostat, which you can enjoy from the comfortable sofa bed in front. On a wall there is the kitchen equipped with induction floor to avoid free flames. In the center of the room, the antique table still dominates for almost a century. In the bathroom we chose to look at the look of the fire, modern shutters and a black granite washbasin. The mirror was made from the original chestnut wood window while the washbasin top is in the olive grove of our garden. For the Aria bedroom, the design (all of the design) has been chosen with great care to make the atmosphere light and ethereal: the double bed suspended and lit down, theme wallpaper on the front wall, bedside tables, desk and bench rests on transparent suitcases, central chandelier with small fan blades. Air conditioner, TV, skylight heating system complete the "modern" choices in conjunction with the original floor and the antique dark wood furniture with mirror. Facing: the Fire Room, for which we have chosen sliding beds, which can be arranged to become a matrimonial bed if necessary, a lava stone wardrobe and bedside tables, a charming chandelier that changes appearance and color by turning off, with a vintage mirrors that it accords with the floor decorated with cements. Wall-mounted TV, air conditioning and floor heating system are also present in this room.
The villa is surrounded by a garden of one hectare; each living unit has its own courtyard and its own green space for exclusive use. A large indoor car park is at your disposal for guests, as well as for your guests. Upon returning from the sea, within a few minutes on foot, you can enjoy an outdoor shower, surrounded by greenery. If you want, we can arrange a full garden tour (there are about 500 species of plants and flowers) with a visit to the top of the land that is also the most scenic. The ancient villa, where you will be staying, is located within the garden of one hectare where also the new villa stands where we live; so if necessary in two minutes we can be at your disposal.
The villa is located in an area called Villaggio San'Agata, a small fishing village transformed into a residential area, also close to the University and the Papardo hospital. The villa's access road connects directly to the village square. Within walking distance there are groceries, bars, church, post office, tobacconist and all useful activities and of course the sea.
In the village square there is the bus stop that takes you just minutes to the tip of Sicily, to the large sandy beach where Ionian and Tyrrhenian Sea joins, under the famous pillar of Capo Peloro. The public museum can easily be reached in the opposite direction of the Regional Museum, which houses the masterpieces of Caravaggio, Antonello da Messina etc, and the city center.
The apartment can be rented together with the other two rooms (Villa Labruto - room Terra and Villa Labruto - room Acqua) to reach a total availability of 10 places. On request you can visit the entire garden of the villa with its rare species from all over the world.
