"The villa was situated in a complex of quite a few villas but there was a high degree of privacy, peace and quiet which made it easy to relax. There were stunning views over the bay looking across to Pylos. The hosts live within the complex but were unobtrusive, polite and helpful and speak good English. The attractive port of Pylos which has more facilities and supermarkets is a 15 minute drive."

"We stayed at the Goatshed for a week and had a great time. The property had everything we needed and Fida and Chris were on hand if you needed them, but respected your privacy so you could enjoy the peace of the surroundings or a dip in their plunge pool to cool off. "Carlos Mansion Hotel was the first stop on our Peloponnesian trip and it was a delight to spend time at the hotel. In truth, it's more of a serviced flat than a hotel and the owners take extra care to make sure your stay is comfortable and quiet. "Wir waren mit zwei Kindern Ende Oktober/Anfang November fĂŒr 9 Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, jew. mit KĂŒche und Bad. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind einfach und teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. KĂŒchenausstattung ok. Wunderbarer Garten mit Orangen- und GrantapfelbĂ€umen und einiges was blĂŒht und das im November. Schöner, wenig frequentierter Strand und klares Wasser. Wir waren jeden Tag schwimmen....

"I spent three nights at Stomio Villague to visit western Peloponnese and the Ionian coast. It's an easy one hour drive from ancient Olympia and Kalamata so perfectly situated for my needs.
