"Awesome staff and location"

"Quarto óptimo. Excelente localização. No último dia houve problemas com o terminal de multibanco, tentamos 3 cartões mas o problema era do terminal que não tinha rede. Pediram para esperar 20minutos que vinham arranjar a máquina de multibanco mas de 20min passou a mais de 1h, quando iríamos voltar ao hotel para apanhar as malas… resumindo, perdemos mais de uma hora do dia quando o problema não era nosso e poderíamos pagar no momento em que fôssemos buscar as bagagens. O pequeno almoço é servido...

"even there was no view at all in my room I was pretty happy with the place. quiet and safe, privately owned place. english was not very used. breakfast: average, but good and healthy. near of Registan square (7 min walk), some restaurants nearby. parking: free, if you succeed to find a spot. good option for sure! "O pessoal é bem atencioso. O café da manhã é do tipo uzbeque e farto. Os quartos são datados, antigos. Precisaria modernizar. As camas eram antigas e, por isso, faziam barulho e os colchões não eram muito confortáveis. O piso, por ser de madeira, também apresentava ruídos quando caminhávamos. Banheiro apertado. Por estar localizado num pátio, é silencioso."
