It features a lovely living room with a working fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. There's also a private garden of around 1,400 m²! We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A beautiful 100 m² living room with TV lounge area, open kitchen and large dining table (14 people)
- A fully equipped kitchen: raclette machine, blender, pierrade, plancha, oyster knives and forks, Nespresso and Italian coffee machine
- Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and shelving, pantry
- Bedroom 1: 24 m² master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), bathroom with bath and double washbasin (12 m²), single bed (90×190) + 1 cot
- Separate WC with vestibule

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed + access to small terrace with sea view
- Bedroom 3: double bed + shower room (with shower) + WC, double washbasin + access to terrace
- Bedroom 4: bunk bed + 1 single bed (90×190)

You'll enjoy optimum comfort, so you can take full advantage of the beauty of the Guérande peninsula. You'll also be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Mesquer's large family beach is an expanse of fine sand allowing you to fully indulge in seaside activities. On site, the lifeguard post, open in July and August from 12pm to 7pm (dates and times non-contractual, subject to change), ensures everyone's safety. A tiralo is available at the SNSM station to enable people with reduced mobility to swim.
- The channel is the starting point for many water sports activities.
- The beach, accessible via 6 entrances, has a toilet block and shower facilities.
- In summer, the ‘Les Mouettes’ beach club is a delight for children. During the season, sandcastle competitions are organised (ask at the Tourist Office for details).
- For a variety of entertainment, there's a pétanque court with games, rackets and a badminton net.
- You can join the ‘La Pointe de Merquel’ walking trail (a 12 km circuit to be discovered in the topoguide ‘Les Belles Echappées’ - on sale at the Tourist Office).
- Numerous on-site activities (sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, water sports, catamaran sailing, fishing, tennis, several golf courses, horse riding, tree climbing, hiking, etc.) and a children's club on the beach with a swimming pool and swimming lessons.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (3 vehicles) or in the car park 100 metres from the accommodation.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: La Baule, about 20 km away (28 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Nantes, about 92 km away (1h14 by car)

Other remarks :
- Bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels if required, to be ordered via a service provider who will put them on site before your arrival (very easy to organise).
- For children: 2 baby cots, a high chair, mattress, TV corner upstairs.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
