Located in a quiet holiday home community overlooking Lake Hennesee, just 300 meters from the beach, the house sits in the heart of Sauerland. Both the house and outdoor areas were fully renovated, newly furnished, and redesigned in 2024. A parking space with a wallbox is available in the driveway; use is subject to an additional charge. The garden house features an infrared sauna where you can relax with a view of the lake through the garden.

The modern living room with smart TV and floor-to-ceiling windows invites you to unwind. From here, you enter the open-plan kitchen with a bench for up to 4 people. The living area has underfloor heating.



The kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, and ample dishes, glasses, and utensils.



One bedroom with a large double bed, smart TV, and lake view. A children's room with 2 single beds and a loft bed (1.20 x 2.00 m).



A bathroom with accessible walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, vanity with cabinet, heated towel rail, and underfloor heating.



The newly landscaped garden with a partly covered, large terrace is fully fenced and offers a large garden table with 4 chairs, a lounge set, a beach chair, and sun umbrellas.



At Lake Hennesee, you can rent kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Sailors can rent guest moorings. The Winterberg ski lift carousel is 30 km away. The Hunau and Hohe Lied ski areas are about 15 minutes away.
