"This house has everything you need for a visit to Vail. Tons of space, amazing shower heads and beautiful sunsets on the back patio. If you need something, a grocery store and restaurants and a short drive away. Look forward to visiting again on our next visit to AZ."

"My mom and I came from Texas to host a baby shower and stayed at the Bird House—it was the perfect getaway. The home is beautifully decorated, solidly built, and very peaceful. My mom, who keeps odd hours and is hard of hearing, loved it, and I couldn’t hear her at all from upstairs!When she accidentally locked herself out, Stacy responded right away and was so kind and helpful.One thing to note: my 6’4” husband hit his head on the ceiling going up the stairs—charming old house, but not built...

"Our time at the pool with our 6 grandkids (ages 7mos-10yrs) was absolutely wonderful! The only concern is that the pool is not fenced and there are no safety locks on the patio doors so the kids couldn't play outside without close adult supervision. Also, there were technical difficulties in getting the pool and spa heated. Fortunately, the weather was warm enough to still enjoy the pool. "

"Almost wish I had a horse or two... but it was just family. Lovely neighborhood, and while it appears to be on the outside of Tucson, is very close to supermarkets and restaurants. Great size... I had to work, and was able to go to the living room late night, work and watch TV and not disturb anyone."

"The property was as listed, spotless and beautiful. I fell in love with the neighborhood when I visited my children a few months ago. So, naturally when we booked a trip to come back for my son's graduation, we wanted to stay close by. This place was perfect! Highly recommend if you're in the area. "
