"The beds were amazing"

"Another nice stay at the Kingscliff Hotel. Easy check in - with a very helpful Italian lady - friendly and efficient. Parking at the rear of the hotel (included if you are a guest). "Wonderful experience there"

"A minor mistake made while booking turned my experience into a complete nightmare. Because of my dyslexia I booked Friday night instead of Saturday night (made the booking the night before, on Thursday). I got an email on Friday asking me how my stay was going, and I realised a mistake had been made. I then spent three hours (!) on the phone trying to resolve the situation, going round the houses. "Simple, easy, cosy stay, in a nice part of town too!"

"We stayed in the family room which was very spacious but set in the 80's. The bed was hard and very old and woke up with backache. The room was clean but the carpet was rough on bare feet from where the carpet had been washed a few times. Breakfast was lovely and arrived quite quickly from when we sat down. They only serve breakfast from 8.30 to 9.00am , so no lie it's."

"Easy parking. Check-in was a breeze. Helpful and friendly staff. Dinner in the restaurant was sublime (and I have a very fussy partner so trust me on this). The room exceeded expectations and thoughtful little niceties like sweets and luxurious ample bathroom additions and slippers/bathrobes.
