"I was overall happy with the service I received & the cleanliness of the room. All the staff i encountered were very helpful & friendly. The only small criticism I have is that on my second day during breakfast, they ran out of pancakes. The pancakes were so delicious I was a bit frustrated, but I understand it wasn't the fault of staff directly."

"A bit unusual checking in at the nearby restaurant, as we arrived fairly late, it was lucky the restaurant was still open but no problems the bar staff were very helpful and quick to issue the key cards. Room was quiet, didnt hear any other guests, although there was some noise (motorbikes) from the road outside at about 11 pm. Parking was plentiful but disappointing the EV charging station was not working, had to find charging elsewhere Morrisons."

Apenas me deu um tiket com um valor de 173£ o que fiquei sem saber a que se referia tal valor. "Turned up to be told the manager was out and wouldn’t be back for half an hour at least, so we couldn’t check in. So had to sit and wait (we were supposed to be getting ready for a wedding).
