The shower room was very clean and modern; the bedding was immaculate on a comfortable bed; it was a shame the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. "Bom dia, a minha estadia realmente nao foi das melhores, á chegada o recepcionista nada simpatico nem se esforçou para perceber o que eu dizia. Apenas me deu um tiket com um valor de 173£ o que fiquei sem saber a que se referia tal valor. Reservei 4 noites com cama de casal e com sofá, o sofá nem sequer consegui abrir, ou seja dormi desconfortavelmente num sofa minusculo. "Expedia did not relay my original request for a twin-bedded room (we were two elderly ladies) and we were allocated VERY SMALL double bed which was totally unacceptable. Fortunately the hotel were eventually able to arrange a twin-bedded room by splitting a king size bed into two sections and the situation was resolved. BUT it could have spoiled our holiday had a solution not been found (the hotel was fully booked)."
