"Visually the place makes a very good impact. Dinner, the food was excellent as were the staff. Breakfast … we’d booked it at check in. We turned up to breakfast and there was nothing booked , the service at breakfast was okay , we did have to case up something. But overall we had a very good stay and would return."

Alem do mais, minha reserva era de uma acomodação comum e para minha surpresa o atendente falou que me colocaria em um quarto executivo. Quanto a localização, é excelente para quem precisa do aeroporto de Southend, pois é ao lado do aeroporto."

"A área do hotel não é junto com a do bar e restaurante. A recepção do hotel é no restaurante, depois de fazer o check in, o hóspede atravessa o estacionamento e vai para o hotel. Não tem elevador. Os valores da estadia dobraram de domingo para segunda então não estendemos nossa estadia."
