"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I cannot recommend this property based on my experience. Before I arrived, my reservation was cancelled because the air conditioning in my assigned room had failed, yet no one contacted me beforehand. After arriving, the proprietor worked with me to find a temporary solution, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the problems extended well beyond the A/C. The room showed obvious signs of deferred maintenance, including rust-colored staining and what appeared...

"The room was bright and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The front desk staff member who checked us in was so sweet and informative. I would love to come back again with my kids and spend some time at the pool."

"Excellent new property. Great facilities. Staff was fantastic. We had an issue with ac and it was resolved immediately. Plenty of space to spread out, pool, lake, lawn, balcony. Only recommendation I would have is it seems that if restaurant staff doesn’t seat you on balcony, they don’t recognize you for drinks or apps. Helpful hint, if you want to wander off site, Winnisquam Country Store has a great great selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches and grab and go."
