Secluded Lake Retreat

Our house is located on 11 acres of wooded land with a large sandy beach. Perfect getaway for your family! Fish, swim, kayak, or go for a canoe ride. The property is right off of ATV and snowmobile trails. Ride from the house to the trails. Explore local county parks as well. This house is the perfect year round getaway!

Summer Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. We enjoyed being able to sit together at the large kitchen table. Everything you need or could think of needing was available. The kids loved the bowling, kayaks, toys, and beach. We hope to stay a full week next year! Great Beachside Property

A nice, secluded, clean, and comfortable house with easy access to the beach. Excellent kitchen. Fire pit, grill, outdoor chairs, and beach equipment all easily accessible. Communicative owners that were very easy to work with. Very easy and straightforward check in / check out.

We had a great time! The location in the woods and on the lake is great! Very secluded. House has recently been updated, seems brand new! Great amenities all around and we'll be staying here again.

Great house and property for our party of six. We were in the area for work. Worked all day, and fished all evening. Caught a bunch of fish, mostly walleye. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quality place on a lake!

Amazing Property

I was looking for a place to stay that would be close to the atv trails. Before booking, I contacted the owner and they got back to me right away. If I could give this place a higher rating, I would. There were 8 of us and we all had space. We hit the trails during the day and enjoyed camp fires overlooking the lake at night. The ā€œkidsā€ fished and took advantage of the paddle boards. It rained the first night so we took advantage of the games available. I do not remember the last time we sat down and played games!! This house has everything you need. I am already thinking about a summer trip to utilize the lake more and a girls trip just to get away!!

Everything we could have hoped for!

Spent four nights here with a close group of friends. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone! Very clean, spacious, several bathrooms, and plenty of areas to hang out! The lake did not disappoint on fishing either! Will be coming back in the future, with my family next! Thank you Scharl Camp! The memories will last forever!

Excellent location!

The house war great! we loved that we didn't have to look for more activities, we had plenty of thing's to-do in the house, we loved the big table, we played board games, we made pit fires, we loved walking at night to the lake and watch the stars, the privacy of the property was a big plus, very well equipped, we had everything we needed in the kitchen because we cooked a lot! we would love to go back!! Thank you!!

Beautiful Property

The property is located in the woods, just off the UTV/ATV trails which is why we were vacationing in Wisconsin. Even though the trails are close, it is secluded, and you aren't bothered by others. You may hear a train or two, but that didn't happen often. The owners let you have use of the pole barn so your trailers and vehicles are inside while you are out trail riding. This is a huge plus for us! On a morning walk you will see deer and other wildlife. Book this vacation home, you won't be disappointed.

The Seclude Lake Retreat was exactly that which we loved. So nice not to have another cabin on either side of you. Beautiful sandy beach area and lots of water toys for using. The house is spacious with everything you could possibly need. Our dogs loved the spacious yard for running. Hope to return next year

Amazing Location

The location of this house was amazing. The beach was perfect all day long. Even at 100 degrees out it was evenly shaded and relaxing. The house was the cleanest house I've ever stayed in. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house with us.

I canā€™t say enough two wonderful things about this Lake House. The owners are wonderful to work with and the property is clean and a great spot to spend some time with family and have a lot of fun on the lake. We will definitely look to rent this lake house again!

Our group had a wide variety of ages and we all had an excellent time. The home is spacious, clean and had lots of extras. We loved all of the lake toys and fire pits. We would definitely recommend this place!

Summer Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation consisting of 6 adults and 4 kids (all under the age of 3). The house was set-up with bedrooms at each end of the house which helped with naps and bedtime. We had plenty of room in this weā€™ll-kept house with the open space between the family room and kitchen, plus a nice screened in porch to the woods. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had all the useful utensils needed. The house had a lot of games and puzzles for all ages, plus a pole bldg offering other games and a place for little kids to ride bikes. The house is in a secluded wooded area with a lot of privacy. Each day we enjoyed the Sandy beach area with the kids. Having nice chairs on the deck near the water was great. Also available to us were 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, sand toys, and more. One day we drove our boat across the lake to a playground and beach area to play. We enjoyed the fire pit area as well. The lake is beautiful and great for water sports but not the best fishing lake. We had a great time and would like to return again.
