A Quick Note:
Since this home is in Mississippi, it's not unusual to see a few bugs inside from time to time, especially in warmer weather. Nothing to worry about, just part of Southern living! We keep the inside clean and well-maintained, and we also have professional pest control service every quarter to help keep things in check. We just like to set proper expectations so guests can feel informed and comfortable.

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends at our property! Pets are allowed for a one-time fee of $150 per pet. Please make sure to include your pet in your reservation details so we can properly prepare for their stay.

We just ask that pets be well-behaved, house-trained, and not left unattended for long periods. Our goal is to make sure both you and your pets feel right at home!

Please note that all linens, bath towels, and other provided items are accounted for before and after each stay. In the event that any items are missing or damaged (including stains that cannot be removed), corresponding charges will be applied.

A minimum charge of $10 will be applied for any missing linens or towels, with additional fees depending on the extent of loss or damage.

We kindly ask all guests to treat these items with care to avoid any additional charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Other things to note
If you’d like to request early check-in or late check-out, please contact us at least 48 hours before your arrival. Availability depends on same-day check-ins or check-outs and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $100 charge.

Friendly Reminder: Please do not throw any wipes, paper towels, or other items into the toilet. Flushing anything else may cause clogging. If a clog occurs due to improper use, the guest will be responsible for taking care of the issue and any related costs.
