The property on the outside was fine and with a lot of parking. The lobby and eating area was alright and looked to have been recently redone. The room was less clean that I would like, but adequate. The bathtub was quite dingy looking and in need of a reglazing. Breakfast was mixed with some inedible hot items, but lots of other choices such as waffles, yogurt, toast, etc. I booked specifically because of the pool and jacuzzi and the pool was fine, but someone had vomited in the jacuzzi. Lots of families staying there for Spring Break. Some of the staff was friendly, but my check in experience felt like I was interrupting a more important social phone call. There were also some questions that a front desk staff should have known that were left unanswered - not acceptable. More professional training for staff about guest experience would be good. On the other hand, my interactions with the cleaning staff were stellar. I think for the price point this was not a good experience, but for one night it was fine.
