"The property was rather run down. There was a lot of stuff that needs improvement including a broken shade in the upstairs bathroom, no shade in the downstairs bathroom, disconnected slats in the bedframe in one of the bedrooms, TV remote with dead batteries, lamps missing the knobs to turn them on and off, missing bulbs in some of those same lights, no outside light in the back of the house, disconnected door on a kitchen cabinet, loose panels on the baseboard heaters, and bedside tables that...

"Very Clean and New. Location very convenient to Shopping , Coffee and Winery. Place very very small but Shower was huge and token gifts such as wine and toiletries a big plus . As well as guest for TV for Netflix. Added bonus outdoor space makes up for lack of living room. I would recommend this place and stay again for sure. Also, conveniently located to major highway and safe. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here! There were three adults and five children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The swingset was a big hit and we loved walking on the beach even though it was a little chilly. We felt very private and secluded and had enough space for everyone to spread out and be happy. The property is very well maintained, and everything is very updated.Communication with the owners was fantastic. "

"Where do I begin--- 1) upon checking in Friday a maintenance guy was parked in the driveway so I had to contact the owner where to park since the property is on a very narrow road and there is no available street parking, 2) maintenance guy was on the property for almost 2 hours to get heat and hot water working, 3) I was instructed to turn up the heat to heat up the water (that didn't work, couldn't take comfortable warm showers at bedtime after a long travel day), 3) left early in the morning...

"House was lovely and very comfortable. The ammenities in house were plentiful and up to date. We were able to make dinner and find all that we needed to do so and we we able to relax comfortably and sleep well. Host was easy to reach and responsive. House was roomier and nicer than it appeared in the photos"
