The Space:

This spacious 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom beachfront home sleeps up to 10 guests on one of Chicxulub Puerto's most exclusive stretches of Gulf coastline. The single best reason to book? You'll have direct beach access from your private backyard, with a pool overlooking the ocean and virtually no one else in sight. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors flood the two-story layout with natural light and connect every room to the water.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Every bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom, so no one's waiting for a shower. Upstairs you'll find the master suite with a king bed and spa tub, plus two additional rooms—one with two full beds, the other with one. The fourth bedroom on the main level has a full bed and works well for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. A crib and high chair are available for families with little ones.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-plan living area centers around comfortable seating and those magnificent sliding glass doors that open straight onto the covered patio and pool. The dining table seats everyone for meals with a view, and the kitchen gives you everything you need to cook—coffee maker for sunrise brews, blender for afternoon margaritas, and all the appliances and counter space to prepare a full family feast.



Outdoor Amenities

Step outside to your private pool with direct ocean views, a covered patio for shade, and a sandy backyard that leads right to the beach. You'll find beach chairs, volleyball and soccer nets, and plenty of space to spread out. The water stays warm year-round, the beach stays quiet, and the sunrises are worth waking up early for.

High-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace options make it easy to mix work with beach time if needed. Free parking on-site. The town is about 10 minutes away, so plan to bring groceries and snacks with you. Please note the washer is temporarily out of service. Additional services like airport transportation, a private chef, or mid-stay cleaning ($44 USD) can be arranged—just ask. The home is two stories, and there's no banister on the interior stairs, so take care with young children.

This coastal area is said to be one of the most exclusive. You’ll feel like you’ve taken off to a faraway place without a care in the world! You’ll be surrounded by the tranquility that is hard to come by nowadays.



Chixculub gets its name from the crater that was discovered buried beneath the Yucatan Penninsula in the 1970s. It was created by an asteroid thought to be 10 kilometers in diameter (6.2 miles). Due to the crater’s impact, many natural cenotes were formed, and it’s a must-see while in the area. You’ll want to take a dip in the fresh, cool water, and you’ll come out a whole new person!



There is a public bus that passes about every hour if needed, and we recommend you venture out to one of the beautiful cenotes, relive the past at one of the Mayan ruins, and fill your belly to bliss at one of the regional restaurants.

Getting Around:

The nearest airport is Mérida International Airport, approximately 48 minutes (about 55 km | 34 mi) from the beach house. Cancun (CUN) International Airport is about 4.5 hours (358 km | 223 mi). The best way to get to the home is to prearrange airport transportation with a driver or rental car, and we can help arrange that for you. Just let us know!



There is parking on the premises at the beach house so if you arrive by car, you can easily get in and out. Plus, there is a public bus that passes in the event you don’t want to drive.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE:

* The washer is temporarily out of service.

* Since the town is about 10 minutes away, it’s a good idea to bring some groceries and snacks with you.

* It’s a 2-story home. Guests will need to climb stairs to reach the rooms on the top floor. Please be cautious with the stairs inside the home, especially with small children. There is no banister.



• Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bed linens, beach and bath towels, a hairdryer, beach essentials, some purified water, a private pool, some toilet paper, soap, baby crib, high chair, and parking are all complimentary during your stay.

• Additional services are available such as airport & tour transportation, a cook or professional chef, a local tour guide, or in-home covid testing if needed. For a chef or cook, the grocery provisions/food items needed must be paid separately. Please let us know if interested so we can organize it for you.

• Mid-stay cleaning is available for a fee of $44 USD.

• Pets are allowed prior authorization is needed, and an extra fee may apply.

• Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

• A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Mid-stay cleaning is available for a fee of $44 USD.

- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization, and an extra fee may apply.
