"We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy. The only down side was the noise from the surrounding club that went on till 12...

"O Ibis Newcastle é o melhor custo-benefício da cidade. O preco é ótimo e o hotel fica próximo à estação central, o que facilita muito a locomoção. Fora isto, os quartos são muito confortáveis e silenciosos e os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. Também há diversos restaurantes e centros comerciais a pequenas distâncias do hotel. Não pensaria duas vezes antes de me hospedar nesse hotel novamente! ;)"

"A estadia foi excelente , mas o endereço do apartamento e o nome do prédio esta errado no site do hoteis.com , e isso gerou um stress , pois perdemos mais de 45 minutos para encontrar o local. O telefone para contato que consta no site também não existe e o próprio hotel nem sabe que numero e esse...."

"Really nice front desk staff. The lobby is located on the 2nd floor, not the ground. All mod-cons available and plenty of books to read. The room has a fridge, a TV, a stove, a microwave and is big enough that you can move around. The workspace desk is great, and the round dining table is perfect for 2 to sit comfortably. Would definitely stay again. Great price and located right next door to Newcastle Permanent Head Office. "

"This is the ultimate self contained apartment literally a stone's throw from the platform at Newcastle Interchange. We only stayed for one night to see a show at Civic Theatre but if we head back for a longer time to explore Newcastle we'll try and stay here! The property, as i mentioned is close to the train station, light rail station, bus Interchange and ferry wharf. Apart from transport the accommodation is close to a major shopping complex (Marketown) as well as numerous restaurants, cafes...

"Not impressed. Wine glasses had wine stains from previous guests upon arrival. Glitch in system meant we didn’t get the room service we ordered because staff already went home for the night. Parking for valet was not clear at all. No pool or spa facility."
