Great Stay!
We loved staying at this home. There was ample space, everything was clean, and we loved the easy walk to the Lake and downtown Meredith. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Weekend getaway
Location was perfect. It was walking distance to beaches and also shops/ restaurants. We brought our jet skis and it was a 10 min ride to the boat launch. House was beautiful and very clean! I am 100% hopefully renting again next year for our vacation

Walkable location
All you have to do is park your car in the drive way and walk to Meredith restaurants, park and docks. It must be a fabulous location for the July 4 fireworks. The photos do not do it justice. We were very happy and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck in early morning and evening with the lake view.

Great long winter weekend!
We had a fantastic stay in Meredith! The apartment was clean and well stocked with dishes, towels, games, etc. Parking was easy, driveway was clear of snow, and sand was down on some small icy spots. The location can’t be beat, close to everything in Meredith. There were arctic temperatures the weekend that we visited, and Alex made sure to check in with us to see that we were comfortable in the apartment despite the frigid cold outside. This trip was just my husband and I, but there was plenty of space that another couple could have comfortably joined us. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Place!
Everything about this home was perfect for our winter get away. Check in was simple. Besides being in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, and beautiful Meredith Bay, the house was clean, bright, and spacious. The kitchen is modern and well-appointed and the primary bedroom bed was very comfortable. Our stay was only two days but it would be perfect for longer stays too with plenty of closet space and storage. Summer visitors would enjoy the big screened porch and wrap around covered porch. We look forward to coming again!

Beautiful House
We were so happy to have chosen this house to stay for a family wedding weekend. My family stayed downstairs while my brother’s family stayed upstairs. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious and the location and views of the lake and sunset were perfect. We were able to walk to all of the events at the Chase House and see all of the sculptures and beautiful views on the way. The beds and pillows were comfortable, there were plenty of bath towels and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need in a kitchen. There were also many fun outdoor seating areas. We have stayed at many house rentals and this has been the best by far. We’d love to stay here again. If you’re thinking about staying here, just book it, you’ll be so happy you did!

Very nice home!
Very nice home in a very convenient location in Meredith. The home is a little noisy when there are renters in the upstairs unit. Beautiful views of Meredith harbor and an easy walk into town.

Another great experience
This was our second time staying at this property and just as the first time, we loved it! Great location to Lake Winnipesaukee, right in Meredith, property is very well maintained and clean, and property owners were very responsive to communications.

Lakeview Property
Very nice place, extra clean, recently renovated with new amenities. Everything we needed was provided, from laundry soap to spices. Has a lake view from the living room windows. I would definitely stay here again. Great job!

Noisy Street, Close to Lake
This is an old house that has been mostly updated with new fixtures and furniture. The wifi and cell coverage was fine for working remotely. The kitchen is nice and large with lots of counter space. The cable TV in the living room worked fine, but the TV on the screenporch did not. There was alot of road noise that woke us up, I think because the 3 window box AC units are not soundproof from outside. The local horn (fire dept?) Woke us up at all hours with a jolt. The sidewalk to the Lakeside Grill and lakefront was handy. Good for a short 2-3 day family stay for people accustomed to outside noise.

Hi Becky, we are sorry the road noise was bothersome for you! It is in downtown Meredith by the bay! Just to be clear to other readers so the facts are straight: this is an old house that we gutted down to the framing. Every single wire, piece of insulation, the walls... they're all brand new. Just wanted to be clear, everything in the house is new except for the foundation... not just fixtures! Thanks for staying with us!

Great location, beautiful home!
We came for a week for a winter holiday with our two small kids. Great location - near the Meredith city center, nice walks along the lake and by the sculpture park. There's a cute area for ice skating on the lake that our kids enjoyed. The location is easy driving distance to Gunstock and not too far from Loon and Mt. Washington. The home itself was beautiful and nicely furnished. The kitchen is large and well appointed, perfect for eating in. The bunk bed was great for kids and there was plenty of room to spread out and play during snowy days.

Everything was perfect and we loved staying here. The house was clean, in an ideal location, had plenty of amenities, and the screened in porch was an added bonus. The owners are very responsive, and very accommodating. We cannot wait to go back and visit again.

The photos accurately portray this clean, spacious property conveniently located to a bay-side public park and a full service supermarket. It is important to note the screened porch adds additional living space with sofa and small dining table & chairs, and the washer/dryer are located in the basement. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

This listing was exactly as described. It was beautiful, in a great location, with attention paid to detail! It was close to everything that we wanted to do. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes but also with things you might not think of like cooking spray, aluminum foil and ice packs!

Beautiful home and great location
This is a beautiful property and is immaculate. The location is central to many things. We did dinner in Meredith (walking distance) spent a day at Gunstock for ropes course and zip line and an afternoon in Alton Bay. It was perfect for what we needed.
