"Dirty hotel in general carpets stunk we had ants and gnats flying all over the room. People/ staff were nice but the hotel is terribly run down. We bought sheets from Walmart to use in order to get remotely comfortable staying overnight."

"There nothing unique about the facility, and we will not stay there again unless their customer service improves. It is appears that the facility is under renovation - this was not a major issue, the room was comfortable. But the staff, particularly the manager, response to issue was poor. There was no TV service during the stay. We called the front desk and the person who answered the phone claimed there was an outrage in the area. The fire/CO2 device was missing, vacant space with wiring...

"I love how you can go out on the second floor and walk right out into the town of Oneonta."

"Not much to look at from the outside, but lobby and room was pristine, had the appearance of a recent renovation. The staff was very accomodating with a requested early check-in, thanks again! The winding driveway is strange, be careful of opposing traffic."
