"This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well.
Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN."

"Estavamos viajando em familia. Reservamos 5 quartos nesse hotel. Minha sobrinha (Aiello) ficou no quarto das 15 as 22:30 sem luz. Depois de inumeras brigas no balcao, e ficarmos plantados no saguao para resolver. Conseguimos solucionar o problema, mas ficamos super decepcionados com a falta de profissionalismo dos atendentes do balcao. Percebemos que o hotel tinha quartos triplos disponiveis, mas como a reserva dela era quarto duplo, nao queriam colocar. Atendentes despreparados e mal...
