"Overall location and service is terrible"

"Great hotel in a good area of Cebu. Big and modern room with all facilities. Very clean and the WiFi works fine. The only negative point was the breakfast ( very limited, you can choose one plate a la carte and one drink)."

"Great 2 day stay at the hotel. Well located in Downtown Cebu City. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The pool has a beautiful view. The gym was basic, but provided a workout nonetheless. My only issue was that my shower's water never got warm or hot."

"Overall it was always a good experience thank you to the lady who check me in. She was really polite and smiley. Kudos to you all. Every time i fly back in Cebu. Bayfront is always my place to stay. No Danggit served and dried squid serve in breakfast. But no big deal. It was just a craving for me specially im just visiting Pinas. Good luck and keeo up the great customer service👌"

"Didn’t like this hotel"

"Its soo convenient ang accesseble to malls nd market."

"Este hotel está acima da média dos hotéis do País. É simples, mas limpo e com todas as comodidades que estamos acostumados pelo mundo, mas que nem sempre encontramos nas Filipinas. Um exemplo: frigobar.... Comida do hotel é boa e barata. Fica meio longe do aeroporto, mas é um bom ponto de partida para o sul da ilha para se ver os tubarões baleia."

"It was a nice place, conveniently located close to restaurants. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to add a small coffee table and chairs in each room, especially for guests staying in groups. It would make the room more comfortable and functional for everyone."

"Nice place, simple but great capsule (I booked the deluxe for more confort). I stayed there for 2 nights when I arrived in Philippines. There is a 7/11 almost next door, very convenient. "

"Room was just okay. It was really hard getting into the bathroom because the door goes in, inches away from toilet. Breakfast was good. Hotel requires a 2000 php deposit at check in."

"Staff"

"For the price they want the room is by far below standards for the area. It smelled horrible, they had c9nstruction going on during the day and jackhammers going on the floor above my room. The shower did not work neither did the hot water so i had to use a bucket scoop with cold water. Even the cable tv didnt work...all in all this should jave been maybe a 1500 peso room not 2500. Also there is some var or food place that people hang out at behind the hotel and i could hear loud music and...

"Staff is okay. Room small but clean. Air conditioning not too cool. "
