"搭乗便が遅れて深夜のチェックインになってしまったが、快く受け入れてくれた。 フリーの朝食もとても充実してる。"

"Ok"

"部屋はきれいで広く、スタッフも親切で、朝食も美味しかったです。 Wifiがなぜかスマートフォンしか繋がらずパソコンは繋がりませんでした。また、速度が遅く、改善の余地があると思います。"

"I booked this hotel due to the rating (9/10). It was far from that, the bed was as hard as the floor, the pillows were so bad we had to use our travel/plane pillows instead. The hotel was up a back street about 30mins by car from the city, with no other tourists around and the only shop was a 7eleven. The street was smelly and there was huge garbage piles everywhere next to the roads. I had paid for 2 tooms for 2 nights but left the next morning not caring about a refund for the 2nd night. In a...

"Staff super kind and helpful. I got a mouldy room, asked for a change and got an excellent one. It's a simple hotel, but cozy, welcoming, safe. The room has kettle and instant coffee available, the toilet is small but very much ok, and has some charm. The room also has a balcony with a sink. Bed, pillows, towels were clean, walls were strangely dirty and the toilet would use some improvement in cleaning to make it great. There is a 7-11 at the back, which comes in very handy. It is very close to...

"Ficamos somente algumas horas porque foi entre um voo e outro. A cama era boa, o chuveiro bom e tinha secador de cabelo."

"RThe room is extremely dirty and has not been properly cleaned. I have been staying here for three days, but not even once has any housekeeping staff come to ask whether I need room cleaning service. In addition, the balcony door in my room is damaged. I already reported the issue and requested that it be repaired, but no one has taken any responsibility or taken any action to fix it. I am very disappointed with the housekeeping and maintenance service. I would appreciate it if these issues...

"Clean room, nice service"

"I don’t recommend it"

"Nice hotel with simple & basic rooms. Room was fully furnished with basic necessities and balcony. Air-conditioning had good cooling but loud. The mini fridge had broken door shelves, so couldn't place water or anything in the door. The staff were helpful and very kind 🙂 The hotel offers👍: -Laundry washing machines -Drinking Water dispensing machine There is a convenient store next to the hotel, but the hotel is a little far from the main road."

"No había tiendas cerca, no cambiaron las ropa de cama en toda mi estancia, no me dieron repuestos de aseo personal."
