"The entire resort was a rundown shack! This should not even be a lodging accommodation. Very dirty and had rodents and a stray cat on the property "

"The staff was very helpful and friendly.especially thanks to aku"

"不親切なインフォメーションに強烈な不満。 ・15時20分にチェックインしたが、動物園に入れないとフロントに言われた。事前にアナウンスするべき。入場は15時までらしい。 ・木曜日はライオンとタイガーの餌やりはないと言われた。 ・バリズーは退屈な動物園で行く価値はない。 ・アフタヌーンティーは朝ビュッフェの残り物。ドーナツは時間が経った味。最悪。 総合して強烈な不満。泊まることはない。"

"From the moment we arrived we were met with very helpful cheerful staff. Loved the rooms and the pools. The food was fantastic. It was so quiet and peaceful. I felt so welcomed."

"We stayed at this beautiful villa for an extended period and honestly, it might be one of the nicest places we’ve experienced in Bali. The villa itself is stunning, spacious, thoughtfully furnished, and the view is simply breathtaking, the kind you want to just sit and soak in every morning with your coffee. "Gede the property manager was a delight, helping us not only throughout our first night but even past our stay at his villa."

The staff were kind, attentive, and communication was super smooth and efficient. I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a...

"Lovely, hard working staff. Room had some issues that was quickly resolved. The Villas are so beautiful and the area is wonderful. The new Eka Wood restaurant is a particular highlight and it’s close by. Pay the extra and book the Villas is my recommendation. The air con is super powerful!"

"Very basic, and run down."
