"Great service and a great location, you wake up to such a beautiful view! I arrived close to midnight, and they asked me if I had eaten. They were even ready to cook something for me! 5 stars, will definitely recommend!"

"The hotel was well maintained and very clean. The owner couldn't be more pleasant or helpful. It is located on a hillside with beautiful views"

"Café da manhã maravilhoso"

"Very nice hotel inside the old town "

"In terms of cleanliness, the place was spotless. The location was good, close to the main atrracions. The pillows are good also, but very uncomfortable. The hotel should inform the guests preciously about the car park (in case of they need it), because it was a nightmare pass in the tiny and climbed streets of Gjirokaster."

"Lovely room and great staff "

"We loved staying at Amalia’s house. Everything was spotless and cozy, and very peaceful and quiet. The courtyard is beautiful and it’s very easy to access the main areas of Gjirokastra with a quick walk up the hill. We’d love to come stay here again!"

"The location was awesome. Super easy to walk everywhere, fairly level to get to the Bazaar (which is rare based on what we saw). We walked to the castle as well, a bit uphill, but that’s true of every rental in town. All in all A++ for location. The dinner was absolutely delicious…there meatballs were incredible. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was great, super friendly. The room was a great mix of old and modernized. We thought Silver Hill was awesome. I’ve already recommended it...

"Great location and amazing staff."

"Very clean comfortable basic hotel near the foot of the main road up to the old town. Ideally located to see both parts of the city. Staff were very helpful with laundry and transport."
