You will also have a wide variety of local shops and a wide range of nautical and sports activities in the privileged bay of Fornells.



The villa has a large living room with a large open fully equipped kitchen. It has six bedrooms: four double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. Five bathrooms and a guest toilet.



Also noteworthy are the different outdoor spaces with a large terrace on the upper floor with a dining room, barbecue and stunning panoramic views. Another large terrace with direct access from the living-dining room equipped with outdoor furniture and also with amazing sea views. A shadowed area with lounge chairs next to the pool and the solarium with sun loungers.



In addition, the villa has a billiard room and a table tennis room. It has air conditioning in the living-dinning room and in the four bedrooms.
