The gardens with the 17x8m big pool fit and connect perfectly to the natural environment, a true highlight are also 5 peacocks living on the property gardens.

In the mainhouse of 400 sqm are 4 doublebedrooms with 3 bathrooms, additionally can be rented the 200 sqm of annexes to receive up to 10 persons.

This beautiful finca is set in a very quiet and private area. very close to the Unesco nature reserve of menorca. It is short driving distances to several beautiful beaches in the north, south and east of the island and mahon with its great old town and harbor is just 10 minutes by car.

Please note that some of the furnishings, decoration or elements such as flooring or tiles may be replaced each season for a better guest experience without altering the functionality of the villa.

One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.

Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests

Please treat the house as if it’s your own.

500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay

All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation. This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host. Please mind always to rent certificated legal tourism properties.

Guests must dispose of rubbish and waste in the nearest bin.
Accommodation in a country house does not exempt guests from complying with this rule.
