Luxury villa in Coves Noves (Es Mercadal) for up to 10 people. It is a very modern villa with a beautiful black and white decoration, it has 5 bedrooms (8 single beds and one double, can be put together to make 2 double and 6 single beds). It has a spectacular wooden platform accompanied by a chill out on the porch next to an infinity pool. It is in a privileged residential area, there are hardly any neighbors so it is perfect for families of all kinds.

Accommodation;

Villa Paraíso has been built in 2009, is located in a residential area less than 1 km from the beachfront.
A large pine forest surrounds it and gives it a lot of privacy. Ideal for families looking to protect themselves from the noise of the city and want to enjoy the silence and full comfort of the quiet Menorcan island. There are hardly any neighbors in the whole street, it has a tennis club 200 meters away, with a good restaurant of typical Menorcan food at more than affordable prices. There is also a nearby hotel with aquapark (you can go) and a shopping area full of restaurants and inflatable amusement parks for children.
The house is as bright as it is fresh, the pool terrace is very spacious and has automatic awnings, sun beds, puffs and full natural lighting throughout the day. In the outdoor patio there is a small barbecue, perfect for a good family dinner.
The upper terrace is ideal to contemplate the sea and the sunset of dawn, at night you can observe the vastness of the celestial vault with all its splendor in this magical place.

Services and common areas
Just 400 meters away there is a shopping area with shops, supermarket, restaurants, car rental and scooter and bike rental.
Arenal d'en Castell and its beautiful white sand beach, is 800 meters away, there are shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets; 2 km away is the port of Addaia where you will find companies to rent kayak or to make boat trips.
In 15 minutes you will reach Son Parc and its beautiful beach where there is also a golf course. In half an hour you will be in Cala Pregonda and in all the beautiful beaches of the north of the island.

Other highlights
Towels and sheets will be changed after one week. Pool towels are not delivered. If you wish, paying an extra, you can have the cleaning during your stay.
