Wonderful terraced house located in a very quiet and exclusive residential area, 100 metres from the sea and 200 metres from the centre of the town of Fornells.



The chalet has a lovely front yard with an outdoor dining area and outdoor furniture and another back yard also equipped with outdoor furniture. The yards allow you to enjoy outdoor life, being able to choose sunny or shaded areas throughout the day.



On the ground floor is the living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a single bedroom with a full bathroom.



On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one en-suite). The main bedroom has a terrace with beautiful views over the village.
