"Amazing breakfast spread. I think worth the price. Really kind, polite restaurant staff. 5 star level food. Pool, gym, amenities pretty high class. Rooftop view is amazing. We stayed for almost 14 days in total. First leg the room was amazing. Then we went to Johur Bahru for a few days then came back for the last leg of our stay. Unfortunately, for our second leg, the room was NOT GOOD. There were water damaged floorboards, the room had old scratched up furniture, and for a couple days...

"The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory."

"Easy to excess nearby places."

"The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed linen and towels were fresh, and the bathroom was hygienic. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay."

I spotted my own hair on the carpet (same spot) for the entire stay."

First, the Wi-Fi speed was slow; I experienced frequent lagging even while using Zoom and watching YouTube. Second, their keycard policy is unexpected; they only provide one keycard per room and...

"The whole building has been tastefully refurbished to be green. But it is not elder friendly. Shower area and whole bathroom are slippery. No grab bars. Glass doors throughout the building have very heavy hinges and the elderly can only get them opened halfway."

"More amenities"

"Colaboradores na recepção eram todos muito inexperientes, ruins mesmo."

"Good location , good service"

"Clean room and excellent staff."
