Our bright, renovated 2-room flat, ideally located to explore Merano on foot, is on the 1st floor of an old building and offers space for 2 to 5 people. The flat consists of 2 spacious bedrooms with double bed, a well-equipped kitchen-living room with sofa bed (145cm), a bathroom and balcony. Additionally we have as well a cellar where, after a few stairs, you can park and charge your e-bike in a lockable room. One of our highlights are the big Philips Ambilight TVs in every room.

The Central Suite Merano is a cosy 2-bedroom flat ideally located for exploring Merano on foot. Our flat is located on the 1st floor of an old building and offers space for 2 to 5 people.

From here you can reach the old town on foot in 5 minutes, where you can explore a variety of shopping opportunities in the famous Meraner Lauben, as well as the gastronomic diverse landscape of Merano, up to the theatre, the promenade and the thermal baths with all your offers. Also try the nearby idyllic chairlift to Dorf Tirol, and enjoy the view over Merano from above. We advise you to try the pastry shop "Mignon" opposite, you will surely be delighted. If you prefer to take fresh bread from a bakery for your breakfast, the bakery is around the corner and about 50 metres away. For shopping purposes you will find within 200mt - organic shops and several grocery stores. At the train station (about 5 minutes walk) is the mobility centre where public transport is offered in all directions.



In the basement there is a common room and a bicycle storage room with socket.This is possibly also suitable for skis. To reach it: When you standing in the entrance area of the house, go down the stairs to your right, open the door. Go straight for 1.5 m, then turn right again and go down more stairs. Now you will find the cellar compartment with the name Castlunger/Gufler on your left.

The mobility centre at the train station can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. From there, all the villages of the Burggrafenamt, Ultental, Vinschgau, Passeiertal and Schnalstal valleys can be reached. A paid ski bus also departs from there.

5 minutes on foot to the centre and a few steps more to the thermal baths, the Kurhaus and the promenade

5 minutes on foot to the most beautiful shopping street in the wider area, the Meraner Lauben

5 minutes on foot to the hospital of Merano 5 minutes by foot to the skiing and hiking areas of Merano 2000, Pfelders, Val Senales, Vigilio Pass by bus

5 minutes on foot to get to Mals with your bike by means of the Vinschgau railway and from there to ride the wonderful cycle path. By the way, about 50mt from the accommodation is a bicycle specialist, there you can rent bikes or have them repaired if necessary

10 minutes walk to the Tappeiner trail or the chairlift to Dorf Tirol.



In the cellar there is the possibility to store bicycles or charge e-bikes.



The cellar can also be used as a ski depot.
