Enjoy cozy evenings by the electric fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or step outside to the spacious back deck with a grill, outdoor dining area, and lounge seating—all overlooking the horizon.

Designed for both cooking and connection, the chef’s kitchen features a commercial double-door refrigerator, double ovens, and a cooktop island perfect for prepping and chatting. You’ll find everything you need, including a microwave, dishwasher (with pods and dish soap provided), and a coffee station with both drip and Keurig machines. A starter coffee kit—complete with coffee, creamer, sugar, and filters—is ready for your first morning. Essentials like paper towels, a sponge, and trash bags are also provided.

The main floor bedroom offers comfort and flexibility with two queen beds, each with soft linens, quilts, and pillows. A built-in closet provides plenty of storage, and the attached bathroom makes this space both practical and private.

This bathroom features a walk-in shower and a vanity sink with everything you need, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and fresh towels and washcloths. You’ll also find two rolls of toilet paper and a toilet with a view of the surrounding landscape—truly a mountain moment!

Your private escape awaits upstairs. The king bedroom features a private balcony—perfect for morning coffee or quiet evenings under the stars. Inside, you’ll find a Smart TV, dresser, large closet, and plush bedding for a restful night’s sleep.

Most cars can easily access the home and nearby attractions. There is no public transportation in the area, so having your own vehicle or renting one is recommended.

➤ Parking: A gravel driveway offers easy access and ample parking for multiple vehicles.
➤ Early check-in and late checkout may be available but are not guaranteed.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
➤ No pets are allowed.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):

• For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies.
• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation.

4. We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.

5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy.

6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

7. No parties or events allowed.

8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.
