Great stay

Raphaelle and her husband were great hosts. Direction and check in were very easy and they gave us some great pointers. The house was fantastic and ideal for two families with 4 adults and 3 kids. The house had everything we needed. The pool, hot tub and trampoline were particular highlights. The location was brilliant. The town is lovely and has everything you need including a few restaurants, bakery, butchers and a mini supermarket just five minutes' walk. The lake is a ten-minute walk and was stunning and lovely to swim in. If I was being very picky the only improvement that could be made was to do a bit more dusting and to give the downstairs bathroom a bit of a deep clean, the sink was very slow to drain and the shower head could to with a bit of a scrub. Very minor gripes for a wonderful holiday.

Maison très agréable mais problème d’entretien de la piscine

Grande maison avec belle terrasse, bien équipée, petite vue sur le lac depuis la chambre parentale. A notre arrivée, par contre, la piscine était verte pleine d’algues, glissante, inutilisable. Il a fallu 2 jours pour rétablir la proprete et elle redevenait sale à notre départ faute de filtration efficace. Dommage

Amazing location

This villa had everything you need for a great holiday, we all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. The location was amazing, we loved the shops in the village, walking down to the lake and up to the castle. There is even a free bus from the village into Annecy. Only small issues were needing to pay €20 per room for bedding when in the listing it says linens included, a few lights etc not working and feeling the need to clean items before using them in the kitchen as it all felt a bit sticky. Host extremely helpful and available for questions during our stay. This was a great sized villa for 2 families of 4. Overall would recommend this villa for a great way to visit Lake Annecy and we all really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing House

We had a week in the House with three teens. The pool area is amazing with wodden padio. The connection in the house between in inside area and the outside works Very Well. Beds and showers are Very good and we played no less than 30 table tennis games outside. Swimming in the Lake is amazing and the Walk to the Local shop is less than 10 min away. We loved our stay and the host couple - one week was too little and we will surely be back.

Fabulous holiday. Perfect location. Wonderful outside space, great hosts.

Raphaelle and Jean-Christophe were great hosts. Communication was easy and they were relaxed and welcoming. The house is in a perfect location, literally 5 minutes walk to Menthon port or beach. Both great for swimming, drinking and eating. We were also able to cycle and walk to Talloires and Annecy town and it's a great base for exploring the region. The downstairs is modern, clean and spacious. 2nd bathroom very handy and has a massive basement with bikes, table tennis and washing machine. We loved the huge garden, pool and hot tub. Upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were clean and homely. If you know it's going to be hot you may need a fan and could do with some extra pillows on the beds ( but to be fair on our hosts we didn't think to ask). We were a group of 9 and had more than enough room. We would love to return here soon!

Tres bon sejour dans cette belle maison familiale

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour dans cette maison, idealement bien situee, a 10 minutes a pied des commerces de Menthon et des terrains de tennis ! Et en plus, situee dans un environnement calme et reposant ! Les enfants ont profite du grand jardin, de la piscine et du trampoline durant tout le sejour ! Nous conseillons vivement la location de cette maison, avec des proprietaries tres sympatiques !
