"It was very quiet, comfortable and appealing. But the room refrigerator and freezer stopped working. In my summer journey, that is what I depend on. But I would still return. Everything else was worth the stay."

"Upon arrival I was there an hour and a half early and they wanted to charge me $30 extra. I have never had to do that anyplace I've ever stayed so I said I'll be back. But then later on that evening we decided to go to the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi wasn't working and it looked like the pool area hadn't been clean in a long time. "The staff were all excellent and the location is convenient. The breakfast attendant especially was kind and friendly. The room was clean, however, it had a really strong odor - body odor or a musty smell. It dissipated a bit with the AC on, but was still noticeable. Overall, a fine option for a one night stay."

"When we got our keys and headed to the elevator, it smelled so strong of mildew and had mildew stains all around the carpet. We got to our room to find the adjoining door open, greasy finger prints on the furniture, mold stains and moisture-caused cracking paint all over the bathroom ceiling, and a strong cigarette and mildew odor. Even after opening the window and trying to air it out for almost half an hour, there was no change. We deemed it unsafe to stay and decided to ask for a refund to...

"The staff was really nice but the property was old and stinky. Our heat vent made a terrible noise every 3 minutes and our bed was crooked so when you laid on it your feet was in the air."

"Air conditioning was out, building lobby and hallways were hot, but room was nice and cool. Room was clean but old. Beds were comfortable. There was a towel shortage and we only had one in our room. When we asked the desk for more they just gave us a arm full of wadded up towels that hadnt been folded."

"Thank you for not having Karaoke on Sat. night in the bar. It was MUCH quieter in our handicapped room near the bar than the last time we stayed here. Our room was nice and clean, too. We didn’t partake of the free breakfast so I don't have an opinion on the food. Always available coffee is really nice!"

"This place needs updating. The rooms and lobby we ok. The parking lot is a disaster for everyone but especially if you have a full sized SUV or truck. I got my suv after many careful manuaevwrs and drop to lock up the rest of us. Upon check was a bowl of validated parking tickets that I had just spend $8 on. Money but a big deal but checking in I asked all about the parking and the employee never mentioned it. It was pretty cheap for a Raddisson and now O knkw why."

"We very much like the location and staff. It’s nice to have a Starbucks and food on-site. There is ample parking. Unfortunately, this was the first time we’ve had issues with cleanliness (dirty towels & used toiletries)."

"You will not get your bed made everyday, no clean towels everyday. Mold on the shower curtain! Asked to remedy this the first night , they did not do it!"
