Welcome to `Lil Bit O Heaven`, your cozy mountain retreat nestled within the tiny home community, Little River Escape, on Lookout Mountain in Menlo, Georgia.

Surrounded by towering trees, fresh mountain air, and the soothing sounds of the river, this cabin is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Inside, open spaces invite you to relax and reconnect, while the outdoor areas encourage you to take in nature’s beauty.

Gather in the inviting living room with a comfortable sofa that pulls out into a full bed. Enjoy a movie on the 50” Roku TV, dive into a board game, or grab a good book from the shelf. Cozy seating makes this space ideal for family time, game nights, or quiet evenings in.

➤ Kitchen & Dining Area

The fully equipped kitchen includes a Whirlpool electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker. Pots, pans, and cooking basics are provided so you can easily prepare your favorite meals. Share them at the dining table or step onto the screened porch for a serene, open-air meal.

The main bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with soft linens and extra pillows, providing a restful space to unwind after a day of exploring.

➤ Bedroom 2 (Loft)

The loft includes two twin beds, perfect for additional guests. Please note that the loft is a cozy sleeping area only and not walkable space.

➤ Bathroom

The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, and a hair dryer. Hot water and thoughtful amenities make it easy to refresh and recharge during your stay.

Step outside to enjoy a screened-in porch, a spacious back yard, and a gravel patio with a fire pit, hammock and grill—perfect for evenings spent under the stars.

Guests have full access to the entire cabin.

The front of the cabin offers a 2-car parking area for easy access.

• DeSoto Falls – 15 minutes drive

A favorite local spot for hiking and picnicking. Follow the Pink Trail to the base of the 104-foot waterfall — it’s stunning year-round, and you can even take a dip in the pool below on warm days.

• Little River Canyon National Preserve – 20 minutes drive

Locals love spending the day here exploring scenic overlooks, swimming holes, and hiking trails. The views are incredible, especially in the late afternoon light.

• DeSoto State Park – 15 minutes drive

Over 20 miles of trails, waterfalls, and picnic areas. It’s a go-to for a peaceful nature walk or a full-day hike.

• Mentone Arts Center – 10 minutes drive

Whether you’re hiking, kayaking, or just sipping coffee on the porch, Lil Bit O Heaven offers the perfect blend of peaceful mountain living and easy access to everything that makes this corner of Georgia so special.

Most cars can easily access the home and nearby areas. There is no public transportation, so bringing your own vehicle or renting one is preferred. While Uber and Lyft are available, getting a ride may not always be easy.

➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
➤ Pets allowed with $50 fee per stay. Max 2 dogs under 60 lbs (pre-approval for larger). No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pets off furniture, clean up after them, and crate if left alone.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.

1. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

2. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

3. No parties or events allowed.

4. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

6. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

7. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

8. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

9. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be requested via the resolution center.

10. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

• Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per stay.
• We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 60 pounds. If your pet is heavier than 60 pounds, it will require pre-approval from our team.
