"The hotel is pretty cozy, everything was very clean and the staff was amazing. They will not clean your room every day, I guess you need to ask; breakfast could start earlier (starts at 8AM), but when I needed to leave early they provided me a backup breakfast. There is an opportunity for them to open a restaurant for dinner in the venue, however there are plenty in the region. I would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel’s location is convenient but set back from the street so it’s quiet. Its garden and pool areas are beautiful. The staff are very friendly especially Putu, who is so helpful with arranging drivers, etc. The room is also spacious and comfortable and everything works. I especially love the many windows and balcony seating. It offers us so much relaxation and privacy. I also really enjoyed watching the offering ceremony in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting...
