"Service and the overall environment is good. Just the bed is bigger than the mattress and I kept tripping over. The TV wasn’t connect to the local network. The pillow was not really supportive. "
"Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay for another 2 nights — that’s how much we liked it.
The staff were genuinely friendly, and their warm hospitality made our time here very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent — hearty and delicious. The facilities are new and well-maintained, with beautiful interior design and stylish furniture that gave the place a modern touch. Communication through WhatsApp was also very smooth and convenient.

"We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve.
The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so...
"Kayu Village is a treasure hotel located in the Pererenan area. You can enjoy an eco-friendly atmosphere, warm service, and delicious breakfast. There are also nice restaurants such as shelter and woods within a 5-minute walk. I left my phone in the taxi on the first day of my trip. With the help of Mia and Idah, I was able to find it. I will never forget their quick response and help. I just want to say thank you again."

"Excellent stay at unit space village! The room was great for value but the service was even better. I needed a late check-out due to my travel plans, and the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They allowed me to check out much later than the official time, which was a huge help. This level of customer care is exceptional and shows they truly care about their guests' experience. Will definitely return!"
