"This was one of the nicest rentals ive ever stayed in! Everything was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed with really nice appliances. Walkable to downtown Falmouth restaurants. Plenty of off street parking too. I definitely recommend this house if youre staying in the area!"

"This cozy timber frame was the best vacation rental I have booked by far in Martha's Vineyard. The place was just like being at home with the amenities. It has everything you need in the kitchen, closets with hangers, and a nice size shower. The owners are locals and were kind, thoughtful, and responsive. "Everything about this house was perfect for our visit with family on MV. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a lovely fall week on MV. The location is private and peaceful, with beautiful views. Communication with Christian was easy and accommodating. A little gem!"

"The property was perfect for our weekend getaway for a family wedding. The weather was terrible so we didn’t get to enjoy the cute deck! The string lights made it seem so inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed for 3 nights and the house had a great floorplan for us! We loved that you could walk to VH and hear the ferry whistle blow while in the house. The check in process couldn’t have been easier and the house felt very private. Thanks for a shirt but sweet stay!"

"Property is in a great location, walking distance to the shore and a little longer walk or short drive will get you to town with a pub and a few places to eat. Martha’s Vineyard ferry parking is less than ten minutes away with a free shuttle bus that takes you to the ferry. Regina (owner) is right next door and is very friendly and accommodating!!"

"The apartment was spotless! Open and airy. The host left excellent instructions, and a phone number if needed. We did and he responded immediately and problem resolved. I have only one suggestion. You need more than one mirror It’s located in the bathroom. Need another either in hall or bedroom I would recommend this apartment to anyone"

"What an amazing place to stay when you are from out of town and need a place between the beach rehearsal venue location, in town ceremony and outskirt reception! "+++ cost, amenities, responsiveness, great location for families. Room was very clean except the previous guest put away dirty dishes. Bed was fabulous! - - - we were on ground level - no privacy sheers just blackout. Bathrooms did not have vents so that walls sweated. Good location for the center of Oak bluffs and an easy ride to Edgartown."
