"We rented this place on Friday night. Clean, studio type dwelling. Not a speck of dust, clean towels, clean bed linen. All clean. Cute kitchen with all the plates and utensil's full size refrigerator, two burner stove. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a pleasant stay Jerry"

"We loved our stay! It was very close to the Watauga trailhead which was a perfect ride for our kids (5, 7, 10) to Abingdon one day and Alvarado Station another. We all enjoyed the available games and the views were amazing! Kids loved the slide. House was clean, well appointed. Melissa responded to our questions immediately and was so helpful in planning our trip! 10/10 recommend this place!"

"We were so happy with our stay at the Driftwood Lodge. There was plenty of room for everyone to have some personal space. My kids (12 & 16) enjoyed playing ping pong and air hockey downstairs. We were also able to enjoy the canoe! It is a nice neighborhood for walking in the evenings with beautiful views of the lake. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We hope to visit again!"

"The perfect hideaway for peace and quiet - but only a short drive off the property to anything. The house was so accommodating and we enjoyed listening to rain on the metal roof after 2.5 days by the firepit in the heart of the forest. So much fun!!"

"This property is beautiful. Nestled next to a mountain stream, you can hear it burbling as you sit on the porch relaxing. The cabin is beautiful and well equipped. Neighbors are quiet and didnt mind our karaoke singing. Will definitely be booking this cabin again in the future."

"What a great 1st timer! We stayed with 5 teen girls for a softball tournament...this was perfect for us. Brian was always available when we had questions or needs.Easy instructions for checking in and out. Top level has a beautiful view of the lake. Would definitely stay again if we n the area."

"We loved staying in this cabin! The place was immaculate, tastefully decorated and gave us everything we needed for our short stay. Love the central location as it was very close to hiking, biking and driving to Virginia creeper Trail. The owner responds immediately to any questions. We did not have enough coffee when we arrived and he sent the cleaning person that Evening to give us a supply. Enjoyed sitting on the porch at night and watching the sunset over the mountain.
