Caspar Beach is less than ½ mile walk from the property offering kayak, paddle & surfboards rentals and the most popular surf break in the area! The Point Cabrillo Historic State Park side trail entrance is also just a short walk away allowing you easy access to explore the iconic lighthouse and its many hiking trails. Thanks to its location on a stunning stretch of the Northern California Coast, this home is a perfect destination for hikers, beach-combers, and outdoor enthusiasts of all stripes. The home features an open-concept kitchen and family room with a large center island, sunny breakfast-nook, formal dining room, built-in bookcases and cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen opens onto a sunny and bright living room with a wall of glass windows that sparkle in the sunshine and overlook the ocean. There is a formal dining room and an attached living room with cable TV. The upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features soaring ocean views, a separate sitting area, a large attached bath with an ocean-view jacuzzi bathtub and a walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms feature updated decor and furnishings and comfy Queen beds. They share a jack-and-jill bathroom with walk-in shower. But the true beauty of Pebble Palace lies in its gorgeous outdoor spaces, which include a large lawn and a spacious deck that were designed for entertaining. Fire up the gas grill each evening, pull a bottle from the wine fridge in the kitchen, and enjoy the lovely sunset view from the deck. After a long day exploring, relax in the private outdoor hot tub.

There is so much to do in Mendocino! Head just a few miles south to spend the day in the town of Mendocino, a quaint seaside colony home to lovely art galleries, charming restaurants, and the scenic Mendocino Headlands State Park. Driving north, you'll reach downtown Fort Bragg, where you can taste a few local beers at North Coast Brewing Company or hunt for treasures on the colorful shores of Glass Beach. Visit the many famous wineries in Anderson Valley! Therein so much to do in this charming area!

Also, our property is pet friendly so you don't have to leave your furriest family members at home! BUT PLEASE NOTE: We do charge an extra $75 pet fee per booking PER PET. If you are staying longer than a week, then the pet fee is $75 per week per pet. So please tell me if you are traveling with pets prior rot booking if you are traveling with more than 1 pet.
