"Clean large room with terrace with a great seaview love come back here in the summer for walks and bike riding. Lovely area not been here for over 40 years since I left the Netherlands. Highly recommend this hotel for a longer stay, originally only booked for one night with booked another night straight away. Amazing for water sports. "Since we didn't know where we were supposed to park our car, we had to walk inside and it was quite confusing during the rush hour at the restaurant. I was not able to find the reception desk so I walked through the hallway with no luck. When I found that it was inside the restaurant, I asked one of the employee about parking our car and she looked away from me. I assume that she wasn't the employee that I needed in the first place. "Wonderful hotel, friendly service, good food, all in the middle of Leeuwarden. We stayed in room #1, which had a view of a canal. The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable. The coffee maker and hot water kettle were much appreciated. Very spacious bathroom. All in all a wonderful stay and good value for the money. "
