"At first, we were taken aback at the un-staffed hospitality concept but we got used to this after we checked in and found it an innovative option. "Since we didn't know where we were supposed to park our car, we had to walk inside and it was quite confusing during the rush hour at the restaurant. I was not able to find the reception desk so I walked through the hallway with no luck.
