Tim was outstanding in communicating with us. The place was very clean and nice. The only concern was the neighborhood itself it was a little dirty for us. But the property was clean and very nice we enjoyed our stay there for sure.

It is a great and cozy stay. Everything we needed was available. Our only challenge was that the ac unit is in the living space and it was hard to cool the bedroom off. Fans helped, but it took a few hours after sunset to get really comfortable. But we were also in Memphis in July, I bet this is perfect most of the year.

Nice Apartment

Check in, accuracy, cleanliness and communication throughout the whole process were all great. Location felt pretty safe, especially compared to other areas in the city. We used Lyfts mostly to get around - we tried the bus but wouldn't recomend at all (most locals don't use the bus either as we found out).

Memphis Stay

Communication was excellent before and during the stay. I enjoyed the history of this building, it reminded me of my grandparents place. Couple of things for future visitors:1. There isn’t a real dresser or closet with hangers, so be prepared to live out of your suitcase. 2. On the 2nd night I noticed there were no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. When I pointed this out they had two in a bag hanging on the door the next day. I said I would install them but I didn’t have any tools, so I activated them and left them on a table and desk. Better than nothing, and I’m sure they installed them once we left. 3. It’s great to have access to a free washer and dryer with laundry soap too. They were in good working order as well. There is a table with them that we were going to fold our clothes on, but as we wiped it down we noticed there was a bunch of ants on it. So we took our clothes back to the room to fold them. Overall, I would consider staying here again.

Great location for Memphis exploring.

We had a great experience with this property and would definitely use it again on future trips to Memphis. The apartment is located on the second floor of an older house. It was a short 10 minute drive to downtown/ Beale Street. We parked in the rear of the building where there was plenty of room in the well lit parking area.It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The shared balcony was a lovely spot to rest and visit after a long drive.The kitchen area was supplied with all the necessary utensils and necessities for light meal prep.The tile bathroom was gorgeous and has the most amazing rain shower head! The bed was very comfortable and the electric fireplace provided nice ambience. It was warm enough that we didn't need to use the heat function but the visual appeal was very nice.I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on future trips.

We stayed at this adorable property while we were visiting Memphis. We loved it! It was perfect for the two of us, clean and location was great for our trip. It was cozy and we felt very comfortable here. We would definitely stay here again when in town. Thanks for the great stay!

We liked the old school flair of the house and the whole neighbourhood which seemed very safe to us. The bed is very comfy and the interior design was also very nice. An 8$ Uber ride away from Beale Street. Would stay there again.

Good stay

My experience was great! It’s a small place but it was perfect for what I was looking for. The only things I noticed that could be improved is the air ventilation in the bedroom, the kitchen sink faucet dripped, and the shower did not drain properly. Besides that- all was well!

Great weekend stay!

This quaint little plaice was perfect for our weekend visiting our son. We were comfortable during our stay and the location was central to everything. The manager was very responsive when we reached out as well. Always courteous and accommodating! We are grateful for a wonderful trip!

Super cute!

Originally, there was a little hiccup in the code to get in, but that was sorted out very quickly. The place is a perfect size and price for needing somewhere to stay while visiting Memphis! It was very warm in the apartment with the AC window unit being only in the living room/kitchen area and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but with a cheap box fan that we purchased- it ended up cooling down and being perfect. I think that everywhere we went (Graceland, airport, downtown, etc) we never spent over twelve dollars for an Uber, so the location is great!
