"Instead of one week we stayed only 4 days. No room cleaning happened during this time. The room was too narrow for a French bed, so I did not have a place to lay down my watch or a glass and of course I had no night light. The fridge was very small and so was the microwave. The room cafe maker did not work at all. There was no ceiling light to see things after dark. Despite the receptionists promise we have not received any e-mail after we left, and the room charge was not reduced to 4...

"Everything is great"

"My second stay at this cozy Inn. What a charming little gem! Perfect place for a visit to this area. The location is so convenient. Restaurant right next door; an easy walk-to. It’s affordable and the staff is very nice. I will definitely be back!"

"The room was clean and the room was near a balcony with a view of the town. The restaurant was exceptional food was great and the staff was helpful in providing activities to do in town and around town. Enjoyed our stay the train ride through the mountains scenery was incredible."

"This facility was nice in appearance, but they use to many chemicals in mass quantities in the room and overall facility. The room smelled like someone dropped had spilled several gallons of cleaning chemical in the room. Although clean, if you have allergies this place will kill you. We opened all the windows as far as we could to vent the room, but the cleaning chemicals permeate and remained at the strength they we entered the room. I stopped by the front desk which was being manned by the...

"Amazing stay. Entire penthouse was clean. Property is beautiful. We will return next year. If any questions or concerns Carolee was always quick to respond by text or call. Youve got all you need at Houser's crossing."

"The bed was falling apart and uncomfortable . The room was an attic so a tall person could barely stand. The shower door was off track and there was visible mold in the shower. Not at all what I expected. Definitely no river view as advertised. There is only parking for 2 cars yet they have 3 rooms that they book."

"Clean and comfortable bed. Nothing fancy but a good value."
