"An absolutely wonderful cottage in fantastic grounds. A real country getaway. We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. The grounds of the estate in which the cottage sits are beautiful, with lots of walks without getting in the car. "This is a gem of a cottage, we felt at home straight away. It has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable break, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. It is in a great location in this peaceful village."

"Sandy Shores is a nice relaxing place to stay. Plenty of room, bathroom walk in shower good. Enclosed rear garden with table and chairs just right to sit and relax in the morning or after a day roaming. Bus stop a few minutes away to Cromer onwards to Sheringham, can use bus pass. Buses don't run very late so look at timetable. Christine and Dave have a lovely place which feels cosy and welcoming when you arrive. Would recommend highly. In fact will probably return."

"Far too fussy and too much clutter, no room to put anything anywhere. All cupboards full. Good job only two of us so we could use spare bedroom for our cases etc. Very clean ,very quiet, but no local information. Tesco express 100 yards but very few amenities in village. No direct sun at this time of year so despite good weather couldn’t sit outside."
