This 70 m² ground-floor apartment in a restored historic half-timbered house accommodates up to 3 guests – ideal for relaxing and unwinding.



It features one bedroom, two living/sleeping areas each with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with wood-burning stove and conservatory, and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower.



Amenities include free Wi-Fi, two work desks, three TVs, washer-dryer (use after instruction), dishwasher, microwave with oven, fridge-freezer, and hotel safe.



A private outdoor space with fenced garden and electric grill is available. The R100 cycle path is about 50 meters away, and several hiking trails pass directly by the house. Public transport connections are available from Melsungen.



A public parking lot is directly opposite by the forest. Pets, events, and smoking inside are not permitted. Smoking is allowed in the covered entrance or the designated area by the barn.
