"The room was as shown in the pictures and it was comfy. This is a good place for stroking our fork if you’re into hiking and mountain biking. Located above “Out Out” restaurant it is a bit noisy and hot in the room but the windows open easily and let in plenty of fresh air. It did the job for a weekend for a solo traveller but it would be a bit of a squeeze for two adults - the under bed storage is big enough for bags etc and the bed itself was comfy. "Brilliant , Lovely room with comfy bed and great shower . Only stayed for 2 nights would stay here again excellent facilities ,only minor thing could do with coasters for bedside cabinets so they don’t get marked and air freshener for bathroom but otherwise Excellent place to stay ."

"This was a very roomy place to stay. It was perfect for two couples and could have been for more. It's right on the main street in Jedburgh which was convenient and easy to get to parking was pretty easy on the street. We were never more then a few buildings down. Well maintained and very comfortable. It felt like home away from home never"

"We’ve stayed at this property 3 times now and the location and standard of the accommodation is what draws us back each time. The bike storage facility is also a huge bonus for us. It is comfortable for relaxing before and after days of activity and feels a home from home. Communication with the owners has always been prompt and they are happy to answer any queries.
