Holiday home ‘Hainberg-Loft’ with large veranda, garden sauna and plenty of space for relaxation

The Hainberg-Loft is located on the Hainberg-Areal site on the outskirts of Mellrichstadt and offers everything you need for a cozy vacation. The open-plan design of the apartment for 2 people consists of a living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has a large outdoor area (~900m²), adjacent to the Rhön biosphere reserve, with a garden, a spacious covered terrace, fire pit, sauna house and barbecue.



Features include underfloor heating, electric blinds, WiFi, Smart TV with streaming services and a fully automatic coffee machine. Parking directly behind the house.



The current Hainberg area emerged from the Hainberg barracks, which closed in 2005, and therefore also offers excellent transport connections. The A71 highway runs directly past Mellrichstadt. This provides good connections to cities such as Schweinfurt, Würzburg (A70 and A7) and Erfurt (A4). The Deutsche Bahn stops in Mellrichstadt and takes passengers in all directions every hour.

Mellrichstadt is a tranquil town with approx. 6000 inhabitants on the edge of the Bavarian Rhön.



It has a beautiful small town center with stores, restaurants and shopping centers, or invites you to enjoy an ice cream on the central, beautifully designed market square. There is also an indoor and outdoor swimming pool (with slide and 50m pool) in the town. For cyclists and hikers, there are many beautiful trails in the Streutal valley and in the Rhön that are just waiting to be explored. Nature is right on the doorstep!
