The Neighborhood:
Our villa is in the exclusive and renowned Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha. While Santa Maria Estate itself is residential, it's just a short drive from Mellieħa town center, where residents can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and other essential services. The estate is well-connected by road, making it easy to access other parts of Malta. Public transportation, including buses, serves the area, providing connectivity to nearby towns and Valletta, the capital city.

Getting Around:
The property is situated around 25 km away from the Malta international airport. One can opt to arrive at the property by bus, taxi or car hire.

We can arrange Airport transfers or car hire at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quotation.
