"We are continuously blown away by how awesome the staff is here. We stay at least once a year, and each time they're nicer than the last. A+. Best staff ever."
"I enjoyed my stay in The Clark Suite. Very easy check in and helpful staff. West Stockbridge is a quaint town, easy to walk about and wonderful dinner/ice cream options.
The Shaker Inn provided Gluten Free options for breakfast including fresh oj, fruit and great coffee. The room/bathroom were immaculate. The bed was very comfortable.

"I was on a motorcycle riding trip. The Monument Mountain Motel was great ... located in a great part of Massachusetts for riding ... and was very clean and a very nice place."
"An okay place to stay for a night. The room was comfortable but definitely looked like it had received minimal upkeep over the years. The shower water smelled a bit sulfuric and wouldn’t stay warm/hot. It was fine just for one night but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer since the amenities were a bit lacking, which is not too surprising given it is a small motel in the mountains. One plus is the property manager was very kind and welcoming. "
"I had an absolutely amazing time here, it is even more beautiful than the pictures. Where do I begin! Right from the start we were greeted by welcoming staff who gave us a tour of the property on a golf cart as we reached our cabin. Golf carts are offered and easily available for a lift to anywhere within the property that you’d like. The shower pressure was perfect and hot as well. Our cabin was curated to feel cozy and came equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The saunas...

"Considering that I paid an extremely cheap rate, I wasn't expecting much. The hotel is very simple but it was all we needed for a stop over. The room decor is outdated but everything was clean. The renovated bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The only problem I found was that I could hear a bit of the noise from the highway coming from the back wall."

"The B&B is very nicely run and the food was excellent. It is very clean and the property is pretty. We came to attend movie night at Tanglewood. It is not an easy commute for someone from out of town. If you’re looking for an easy commute to Tanglewood I’d recommend staying in Lenox. "
"Amazing ambience, lovely scenery upon the bank of Hudson. Easy drive to Hudson and Bard College. The only thing to mentally prepare for is that life is not as fast paced as NYC. Go with the flow and be nice to the staff because during high season they take care of lots of people without up staffing. "
