"I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and outrage regarding a recent hotel stay booked through platform . The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, severely impacting my travel and well-being, and reflects an unacceptable standard of service from both the property and, regrettably, from Expedia's customer support.Upon my arrival, the pervasive lack of cleanliness was immediately apparent and deeply concerning. The room, particularly the floor, was visibly dirty, and...

"Close to the airport and a big shopping center an easy minute walk away! Staff was super helpful in every request or question we had. Breakfast brought to your room, too."

"Very clean, friendly staff, great location. A nice stay before a long flight, there’s also a great spa nextdoor."

"I thought this hotel would be a lot larger but it’s a small family run place. It’s close to the airport and cost less than 100k vnd for a Grab from the airport and provides a free shuttle when going to the airport. It’s also amazingly quiet for being right on a busy road. The breakfast was just ok. The owners are friendly and helpful and they recommended a basic Pho restaurant two doors down the street which was also good. We plan to stay here again when we are flying in late from Cambodia."

"Ótima opção para quem precisa se hospedar próximo ao aeroporto para uma noite."

"Excelente hotel, super perto do aeroporto, com vários restaurantes nas redondezas para café e almoço. A equipe foi muito gentil e prestativa, muito solicitos e deram várias dicas do que fazer na região. Com certeza ficaria novamente!"

"O quarto parece antigo, porém estava limpo. A localização é realmente bem proxima do aeroporto, então se esse for seu foco, vai te atender perfeitamente."

"親切なスタッフ"

"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

"Value for money, great for one night stay for airport transfers. However, they sometimes struggle to find existing reservations through Expedia during check-in, but eventually finds it after showing the booking number. They even arranged a cab for us."

"The room was so clean, the staff so wonderful very kindly , very friendly, the breakfast so good and the air conditioning excellent. We are very satisfied with the quality service. Thanks."

"Clean room would stay again"

"The owner was very nice and met all of my needs. The staff there were all very polite and friendly even if they didn’t know English. They gave good recommendations to places to eat and also places to visit. I would recommend this place again. The room as well inside is large and can fit several suitcases for a fraction of the price. The water is hot and they provide everything I needed for the short duration I was there. Thank you to the owner and the staff."
